Customer Operations
Customer Operations encompasses the entire chain of customer-facing activities by representing Shell in dealing with external customers and business partners, providing them with solutions that may impact our overall business. Multilinguals in customer operations help make a difference by improving customer experience and building strong partner relationships. They also leverage on their language skills to translate standard operating procedures and training materials to help align the goals and standards of our growing global team.
