Tomek, intern in 2013

now: Credit Ops Manager Mobility &CRT

I joined the first edition of the Shell Internship Programme. My main motivation was to find out what it's like to work in a multinational, corporate environment. Even though I was planning to come back to university after 3 months, all the wonderful people, exciting projects and opportunities made me change my mind and start a full-time job, and I am still here.

Nelia, intern in 2019

now: Lead Super User & Process Specialist

Shell is a very diverse and multi-cultural company. I was able to improve my business communication and organizational skills. From the very beginning of my internship, I was deeply involved in the team’s daily tasks. I was learning by their side and performing the same tasks as them, which allowed me to learn fast and after the internship to join them as a full member.

Paweł, intern in 2018

now: Specialist – Revenue Accounting DS in R&A Downstream

The Summer Internship Programme was very professional from start to finish – including introduction to responsibilities, colleagues, training etc. This was a professional opportunity to learn various ways of working, finance processes and gain accounting experience in real-life scenarios.

Zuza, intern in 2021

now: Delivery Fulfillment Analyst in Trading & Supply

The Shell internship went well above my expectations. During the internship I was able to master my language and communications skills, but I also learned how to turn my mistakes into success. What a GREAT experience!
