Contracting & Procurement

As a Contract and Procurement Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Execution of contract strategy
  • Tactics and contract management activities
  • Looking for vendors
  • Negotiations
  • Extracting the best value out of every contract or deal
  • Creating purchase order requisitions

Customer Operations

Customer Service

Customer Operation’s purpose is to deliver the best customer experience and business value, at an affordable cost. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating projects
  • Ensuring all necessary stake holders are involved and that their expectations are managed
  • Proper communication and engagement with business stakeholders and other departments working within the Scrum Framework, as well as being a member of the Scrum Development team

Commercial Road Transport

This sector supports companies whose primary business is to transport goods by road, primarily with heavy duty vehicles. Globally, the Commercial Road Transport sector holds the key to successfully decarbonizing our economies and rapidly reducing CO2 emissions, which are both critical to reaching the world's climate targets and allowing Shell to continue to generate value with our customers. The Market Analyst role is crucial to the delivery and execution of the Commercial Road Transport strategy to the local markets. A market analyst is responsible for:

  • Examining relevant information that will aid the Commercial Road Transport team to make informed decisions on market strategy including decarbonization
  • Assessing market & competitors’ information

We are looking for someone who is technically proficient in database administration and can effectively identify which data from this system will be useful in determining commercial actions. This role has a moderate travel requirement, with some virtual engagements and some face-to-face customer, market, and/or partner visits

Our basic requirements

We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognised university or are in the final year of their degree course. In most countries, we don’t ask for specific grades, but a strong academic record will help.

For all our Technical roles in certain countries, we do ask that you’ve already obtained or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. In other countries, many of our technical roles are for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

For our Commercial and Corporate roles, we’re looking for a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
