  • Co-ordination and planning of content and project management;
  • Development and maintenance of core content (narratives, interviews, speeches);

  • Deployment and measurement of content for events and campaigns.

A team of social media gurus, digital natives and marketeers who use their experience to extend the reach of Shell’s brand and relationships with millions of people around the world. They deliver:

  • Shell’s websites and digital activities;
  • Social media campaigns and relationships;
  • Merchandising opportunities; and
  • TradeMark use and protection.

Creative Solutions

Shell’s in-house creative unit that expertly partners with the company’s global internal marketing teams to produce compelling and effective content that will drive and help deliver on business goals. Their responsibilities include:

  • delivering world-class, award-winning work on four core disciplines: integrated communications, film, design and experiential;
  • operating on all countries in Shell’s three key regions: Americas, Asia and EMEA;
  • collaborating with over a hundred trusted partner agencies to deliver creative and effective work; and
  • delivering a turnover of $75 million, 625 projects including 121 films, 142 photo shoots and 205 events and exhibitions (2019 data).

  • Financial planning and invoicing services;
  • Compliance across Information Management & Data Privacy;
  • Management of Industry Association memberships and relationships with communities; and
  • A range of mandatory and professional training programmes (e.g. Crisis Management).
